Ethical Code for Fearless Journey Coaching and Therapy

Section 1: Commitment to Licensure. Fearless Journey therapists will maintain a healthcare license in good standing, and only provide services within the scope of practice consistent with their license, education, training, study, or professional experience.

Section 2: Commitment to Self-Education and Maintaining Expertise. Fearless Journey Coaching and Therapy recognizes the importance of committed continued education. Psychotherapists will continue to study, apply, and advance scientific knowledge, while making relevant information available to patients and the community.

Section 3: Commitment to Patient Education and Consent for Treatment. Fearless Journey Coaching and Therapy is committed to ensuring patients receive all relevant information related to their individual course of treatment. Patients will receive a notice of informed consent prior to treatment which includes, the nature and anticipated course of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, potential risks of ketamine therapy, risks of symptom relapse should treatment be prematurely terminated, alternative treatments, fees, involvement of third parties, the limits of confidentiality, and the voluntary nature of participation in the Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy treatment process.

Section 4: Commitment to Transparency in Treatment. Fearless Journey Coaching and Therapy is committed to transparency in treatment. The Practitioner will disclose all information to ensure the patient is fully informed and has consented to treatment.

Section 5: Commitment to Safety and Compliance. Fearless Journey Coaching and Therapy is committed to ensuring safety and compliance are a top priority. Therapists will assure the safety, efficacy, and quality of their Psychotherapy and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy treatment programs. Such quality assurance includes compliance with applicable laws including those related to dosing and monitoring, assessing outcomes of therapy, and discontinuing therapy that is not beneficial to the patient.

Section 6: Commitment to Pricing Transparency. Fearless Journey Coaching and Therapy recognizes the importance of pricing transparency for patients when considering Psychotherapy and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Fearless Journey Coaching and Therapy will disclose fees and payment procedures before engaging a patient in treatment.
